LarePass, developed by Bytetrade Technology (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., with its registered address at Floor 10, Unit 12-01, Building 38, Haidian Street, Haidian District, Beijing, China (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”), is an application designed for users of the Olares system, integrating various functionalities and auxiliary management systems.

Before you download, install, and use the LarePass software (hereinafter referred to as “the Software” or “this App”) and related services, please read and thoroughly understand this Privacy Policy. Additionally, if you are using the Software as a member of an organization, we recommend that you fully understand the relevant data collection, usage, and protection policies of your organization.

This policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and us. 1. How LarePass Collects and Uses Your Personal Information

1.1 During your use of the Software, LarePass collects the following information:

1.2 LarePass will collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:

1.2.1 Login and Authentication

When you log in to LarePass, you will need to use your Olares Name and Olares login password. Once you input the above information, you will be able to access the Software.

1.2.2 VPN Services

To provide VPN data transmission services, authenticate user devices, and diagnose network issues, LarePass needs to access your device information and network information. The VPN service is responsible for connecting your device to the Olares server so that you can access Olares resources. This service does not access, intercept, or alter your content information.

1.2.3 OTP Services

The OTP service provides a built-in One-Time Password (updated every 30 seconds) and a custom password generation feature. The built-in OTP is used for two-factor authentication in the LarePass system, ensuring account login security.

1.2.4 Office Security Monitoring

To offer office security monitoring services, LarePass may need to perform a local security scan on your device to provide security risk alerts and security setting suggestions, such as setting a lock screen password. Rest assured, LarePass will not read or use the content of your local files.

1.2.5 Security Assurance Features

LarePass is committed to providing you with a secure and reliable product and usage environment. The following information is collected to achieve security assurance features is necessary information.

a. To ensure the secure operation of the software and services, LarePass will collect your hardware model and settings, operating system information and version number, Android ID, network device hardware address, CPU information, storage information, IP address, WLAN access points, network access method, type, status, and network quality data, as well as operation, usage, and service logs.

b. To prevent malicious programs and ensure safe operations, LarePass will collect information on installed applications or running processes, overall application performance, usage patterns and frequency, application crashes, and performance data.

c. LarePass may use your account information, device information, and service log information to assess account security, perform identity verification, and detect and prevent security incidents.

1.2.6 Statistical Analysis

To analyze the performance of the product and improve user experience, LarePass may use your device information and log information. The aforementioned information will be anonymized and will not be linked to your personal identity.

1.2.7 Scan Function

To provide you with the scan function, LarePass will request your authorization for camera access. If you refuse to grant this permission, you will be unable to use the scan function, but it will not affect your normal use of other features of LarePass.

1.2.8 Performance Monitoring Services

To provide you with services for device anomaly detection and performance analysis, as well as for device identification, status monitoring (online, offline, network environment), device count statistics, and single-device issue debugging, the following necessary information is collected:

When you use LarePass and related services, LarePass may use relevant technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and store information about your access and use of this product. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but the decision to accept them is entirely up to you. You can choose to accept or disable cookies. You understand and agree that LarePass may store necessary cookies required for the operation of this software, including those that allow you to log into the secure areas of the software. The storage of these necessary cookies is a prerequisite for providing basic service content; if you do not agree to this authorization, you will be unable to use any services of this software.

Your organization determines how to process, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information. For specific details, please communicate with your organization. If your organization uses Olares’s public cloud services, you agree that your organization will delegate us to process your personal information. We place a high priority on the protection of personal information, and we will process your personal information according to your organization’s requirements.

4. Storage of Personal Information

Your organization determines the method, location, and duration of storage for the aforementioned personal information, as well as the handling of such information upon expiration. For specific details, please communicate with your organization. If you are using a personal Olares device, the information will be stored on your Olares device.

5. Protection of Personal Information Security

5.1 We take the security of your personal information very seriously. We implement strict security technical measures on the client side to prevent unauthorized access and modification of your personal information, and to avoid data corruption or loss.

5.2 Although we have implemented the above measures and have complied with the standards required by relevant laws and regulations, please understand that due to technological limitations and the potential for various malicious attacks in the internet industry, it is impossible to guarantee 100% security of information, even with the utmost efforts to enhance security measures. We will do our best to ensure the security of the personal information you provide to us. Please be aware and understand that the systems and communication networks you use to access our services may encounter issues due to factors beyond our control. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take proactive measures to protect the security of your personal information, including but not limited to using complex passwords, regularly changing passwords, and not disclosing your account password or other personal information to others.

To provide better services to your organization and you, the functionalities of LarePass will change from time to time. We will revise this Privacy Policy accordingly, and these revisions will form part of this Privacy Policy.
